I founded Fit For Life Training in 2007 as a way to move fitness and wellness practices away from the regimented, big box gym setting into a more personal and empowering environment, focusing on strength, ability and well being over appearance, size and weight!

I hold certifications in personal training, yoga, Pilates, ELDOA, nutrition and coaching and through 20 years of teaching functional movement, I have turned my knowledge of the body into fresh, fun, effective workouts.

I work with people from all walks of life, working one-on-one, teaching classes and conducting workshops.
I believe wellness is an investment in your future and that fitness should empower, educate and inspire you through it's life changing benefits.
